"Baghdad Jim" blasted

Washington State's "Baghdad Jim" McDermott is going to be paying Rep. John Boehner more than $700,000 after a federal appeals court struck down his First Amendment claim that he had the right to distribute to the media an illegally made recording of a cell phone call.
Democrats have once again proved that they are against illegal wiretaps -- except when it benefits them politically.
