There’s only one perfect candidate for President when 2012 comes around. He’s right on every issue. He’s brilliant, but humble. And there’s no way he’ll run.

He’s me.

But one of the things that I do like doing from time to time is to ponder who I’d choose for various posts in a Hoy administration cabinet.

Here, for a start, is just a few people I’d choose if the American people were to go full stupid a second time and elect someone who’s clearly unqualified to be president to the nation’s highest office.

Secretary of State: John Bolton

Attorney General: Andrew McCarthy

Director of OMB: Rep. Paul Ryan

Treasury Secretary: Donald Luskin

Secretary of Defense: Rep. (Col.) Allen West

EPA Adminstrator: Bjorn Lomborg

Energy Secretary: Gwyneth Cravens

Education Secretary: Michelle Rhee
