Counting every vote

I'm quickly getting sick of watching former Clinton administration Justice Department official Eric Holder on practically every cable channel threatening lawsuits if anyone so much as glances at a Democrat voter askance.

What annoys me is Holder's repeated vow to make sure that "every vote is counted." In fact, Holder has guaranteed that John Kerry will win the 2004 election "if every vote is counted."

What isn't part of the Democrat Party mantra is that the aforementioned votes be valid and legal. While the desire to encourage voting is an admirable one, what is troubling is the unrelenting unconcern regarding voter fraud.

Over at The American Mind they've found a case of the kinds of votes that the Democrats want counted -- those of convicted felons who aren't legally allowed to vote in Wisconsin.

When Democrats aren't attempting to denigrate the voting rights we have here in America with false claims of intimidation, they're trying to undermine the same system by their refusal to stand up for the integrity of legal votes. For every felon that the Democrats and their allies help vote, there is an honest, law-abiding American citizen whose vote loses its value.

John Kerry, Eric Holder, John Edwards, Mary Frances Berry and their allies will sacrifice their honesty, integrity and anything else they have to win political power. They cannot be allowed to corrupt our democracy.
