A little help

In Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius' Democratic response to the presidents State of the Union address, she made the following claim:
On foreign policy, Sebelius said that five years of the war in Iraq have "cost us dearly -- in lives lost; in thousands of wounded warriors whose futures may never be the same; in challenges not met here at home because our resources were committed elsewhere. America's foreign policy has left us with fewer allies and more enemies"
I'm struggling on this one. Can someone please list the countries that were America's allies before and are no longer? How about countries that are now our enemies that weren't five years ago?
Because I'm coming up with a big blank on this.

Allies in the Bush Iraq War no longer...
Include
France...
[Never was supporter in the first place in the Iraq War. Not supporting the Iraq invasion does not mean that France isn't an ally of the U.S. and President Sarkozy has moved to improve relations with the U.S. since he was elected.]
Egypt...
[You're kidding, right?]
India...
[You're really reaching at this point.]
Germany..
[The Germans too have since elected a pro-U.S. President in Merkel. And the Germans are helping in Afghanistan. This would still classify them as an ally in any reasonable sense of the word.]
too name a few..
New enemies....factions of the Al Queda terrorist group in many parts of Africa...the new improved support of the Taliban in Pakistan and Afganistan...
[Key word: NEW. All of these people hated us before. It's not exactly an act of love and admiration when you fly jumbo jets into skyscrapers.]
The idiots that live in europe that try its seems every week to blow up a train in London or Italy.
[They too hated us -- and western society in general -- long before Iraq.]
None of which where huge issues before BUSH decided to go into find Weapons for mass dummies.
[Seriously deluded aren't you? USS Cole. 9/11. All before the Iraq War and you don't think they're "huge issues." See a doctor about your BDS.]
You people are being duped...... you can'r believe anything that come from the mouth of a politican...... they want us divided... so they can keep the things the same..... there is no change in our future .... not if we keep believing what they feed us..... That is why the world thinks we can't be trusted..... we don't finish what we start...... there was a time when 99% of us was proud to be Americans.... now 33% think we should be parterns with the whole world.... 33% do not even care what we do..... and the rest only think abou their own little world and what can I get ou of it...... Makes me sick!
Bush is a complete idiot with no clue.
His speech only made him look even more stupid.

I have no idea why he follows what his father did to try and get things going.
