Egyptian (in)competence

When I saw this story come over the wires, I just had to laugh. An Egyptian court has dismissed a lawsuit claiming that President Hosni Mubarak has violated the Egyptian constitution because he has failed to appoint a vice president.

Wait, it gets worse better.

Mubarak has previously defended the absence of a vice president by saying there is nobody qualified to fill the position.

Egypt has a population of 66 million people. And there's no one qualified for a position that has been likened to a "bucket of warm spit"?
