Congressman Jack Murtha, last seen funneling tax dollars to his supporters and slandering Marines, has now revealed that Obama may have a tough time winning Pennsylvania -- because Murtha's constituents are racist.

"There's no question Western Pennsylvania is a racist area," said Mr. Murtha, whose district stretches from Johnstown to Washington County. "The older population is more hesitant."
