The Politico Web site has been doing an awful lot of good, new media stuff and has really made an impact on political reporting inside the beltway.
They've come up with a new feature, and, while it may not always pan out (this week's is pretty good), it's innovative and fun.

“Blinken deletes tweet saying US would ‘stand with people of Hong Kong’ & posts watered-down version.”
@SpeakerPelosi Pelosi: Yes, China's committed “genocide” against the Uighurs; “having said that," the bigger, “overrriding" issue is “working together on climate”
Imagine @politico writing a similar story had Gov. @GavinNewsom been recalled and replaced with @larryelder. Instead of attempting to malign the legislature, they'd have praised it.

@ZebraFactCheck @PolitiFactBias The majority of posts I saw talking about the 1% were noting the accurate 40% stat. It's telling PolitiFact went searching for the claim they could swat down as "false," rather than fact-checking the accurate claim as "true." @kentorianu @ZebraFactCheck @PolitiFact Since there's concern about bad faith arguments, I'll make it simple.
Vaccinated people can spread variants. True or False?
Don't give them any ideas.
This is a terrible idea. If they want to give out a Social Justice award they should. But imposing an ideological litmus test is bad on the merits, bad for the brand & for cooking.
