Last week Krugman took on Bush and his connections in "privatizing" Utimco -- the University of Texas Investment Management Co.

Well, someone with some credibility on the issue has answered Krugman, William H. Cunningham, former chancellor and former chairman of the board of regents of the University of Texas system.
