You could make a case for 234th if you included both 1776 and 2009. I can't see how you could get 232 unless you exclude both which makes no sense. But it makes no difference, although I'd vote 233 (current year - birth year or 2009-1776 ). I was born on March 22 1952. On March 22 1953 I was one year old, no? Nobody says I was 2 years old.
