The California Senate GOP has replaced their leader and continue to stand fast against the Democrats-Schwarzenegger plan to close the state's $42 billion budget gap.

There is one thing the calculator apparently doesn't take into effect -- the combination of the addition 12 cent a gallon gas tax with the additional sales tax on all products (in California we pay sales tax on the gas tax).
