Apparently the challenges facing the country are going to take a back seat in an Obama administration.
Democratic vice-presidential nominee Joe Biden said yesterday that he and running mate Barack Obama could pursue criminal charges against the Bush administration if they are elected in November.
If this is what their political instincts are, I don't think we're going to have to worry about an Obama administration.

This sort of blather about prosecution occurs before every election. Republicans and decent people horrified at corruption talked about prosecuting the Clintons or their staff for theft, vandalism, selling pardons, etc. While I hate seeing corruption given a free pass, politicians prosecuting each other for real crimes which are stand-ins for policy differences will undermine our democracy.
