• Speaker Nancy Pelosi wanted cover from the House GOP to pass this bill
• 1 in 3 Republicans is definitely enough to count as cover

The Democrats run the House. Pelosi runs the Democrats. She doesnt run them well.

Blame is going to be fixed in the coming days. Democrats will blame Republicans. Republicans will blame Democrats. The media will blame Republicans.

None of this is going to get this problem fixed.
