Where are all the people that were pretending to be outraged about Rubio correctly identifying that Soros was funding DA races across the country when it comes to actual anti-Semitism on the streets of NYC?

The silence is deafening.

For the record: I think it's almost certain she meant to say "Taiwan," rather than China. But I'm more interested in fact checkers giving her the obvious benefit of the doubt that wouldn't be as forthcoming if she were the top Republican in the House.
