Courtesy of Don Surber we have this gem from Sen. John Kerry on how nothing bad happened to anyone after we abandoned South Vietnam to the communist North.
Everybody predicted a massive bloodbath in Vietnam. There was not a massive bloodbath in Vietnam. There were reeducation camps and they weren't [inaudible] and nobody likes that kind of outcome. But on the other hand, I've met a lot of people today who were in those education camps who are thriving in the Vietnam of today.
The caption over at Breitbart.tv notes that an award-winning investigation by the Orange County Register put the number of dead in those non-bloodbath reeducation camps at at least 165,000.
The people of Massachusetts can really pick 'em.
Surber snarkily notes:
You know, education, if you make the most of it, if you study hard and you do your homework, and you make an effort to be smart, uh, you, you can do well. If you don’t, you get stuck in the Senate.
What an idiot.
