Let the lawsuit begin

The University of Colorado Board of Regents finally got around to firing the idiotic, evil, moronic, hack professor Ward "Little Eichmanns" Churchill.

Churchill's despicable essay that likened the people working in the Twin Towers on Sept. 11, 2001, to Nazi Holocaust engineer Adolf Eichmann was what prompted an investigation into Churchill's scholarship.

That should be "scholarship." An independent review turned up falsifications, fabrications and plagiarism in his body of work. That's what he was fired for.

He's going to sue now. He'll probably lose.

I hope his lawyer isn't taking the case on a contingency basis.

I take these cases on a contingent fee, so for me to be gambling my time on something like this, means that I think I'm going to win.--------David Lane, Ward Churchill's attorney, O'Reilly Factor 7/20/2007
