This is informative. From Sunday's "This Week" on ABC:

For the record, the guy suggesting that it's an open question whether the Commerce Clause gives the government the power to force you to purchase a product from a private company wrote the cover story for a recent Time magazine article on the Constitution. That article has more than a dozen factual errors in it and some of them are quite bad.
