After the Tennesee Center for Policy Research revealed a year ago that Al Gore's home was using energy like Homer Simpson at an all-you-can-eat buffet, Gore "greened" his house by changing light bulbs, installing solar panels, etc.

And what was the result?

Energy Guzzled by Al Gore’s Home in Past Year Could Power 232 U.S. Homes for a Month
Gore’s personal electricity consumption up 10%, despite “energy-efficient” home renovations

Physician, heal thyself.

  1. It may not be what it seems. Considering the cooling of the last couple of years, he's probably just trying to keep the place warm. And it takes more energy now than it did earlier.
I live in Michigan and just talked to my father about getting his heater started up again--he used the air conditioner a couple days earlier this month.
Still, Gore is a corrupt, ignorant gasbag. But even corrupt, ignorant gasbags want to be warm.
