Ignore, if you can, retired Gen. Wesley Clark's dishonesty regarding what radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh was saying about phony soldiers, and instead focus on his desire to have Congress decide what can go over the airwaves.
His ignorance of the First Amendment is also quite scary -- the Motion Picture Association of America's ratings are advisory and not a government function. If they were a government function, they'd plainly be unconstitutional.
