Remember, he's better than you

Al Gore made appearances yesterday before House and Senate committees to talk about global warming.

Sen. James Inhofe challenged the Goracle to live up to one of his challenges in his Oscar-winning documentary, "An Inconvenient Truth." At the movie's end, a line reads: "Are you prepared to change the way you live?"

Since the movie came out it's been revealed that the Gores' Tennessee mansion uses more energy in a month than the average American home uses in a year.

Is Gore prepared to change the way he lives?

You can take that as a "no."

  1. A letter-writer in today's 'Atlanta Journal Constitution' rails against the 'right wing' for making so much of Gore's utility bills and straightens us out about why they're so high: It's because the Gores buy 'green' power, from renewable sources.

Damn! Who knew 'green' power cost ten times as much as the regular kind!
