Free speech for me, but not for thee Pt. 2

The Northern Kentucky University professor who led some members of her English class into destroying a "graveyard for the unborn," authorized, pro-life display on campus has been charged with three misdemeanors. The professor, Sally Jacobsen, was suspended from teaching her classes for the rest of the semester. She will not return as she was set to retire anyway.

Jacobsen's lawyer said that she will plead not guilty, and her defense will be an interesting one.

[Defense lawyer Margo] Grubbs said the dismantling of the display doesn't amount to a criminal act.

"The intent was just an expression of freedom of speech," Grubbs said. "She saw harm coming from it, and she was just expressing her attitude towards the harm."

Pro-choice "freedom of speech" requires depriving pro-lifers of theirs. Just remember, the converse isn't true.
