Ever since the Supreme Court used its psychotic psychic powers to "discover" a right to privacy in the Constitution, the court has had to occasionally do mental contortionism to prevent "privacy" from going to its ludicrous conclusion.
The courts are going to have to do it again. Notorious polygamist Tom Green is suing to have his conviction overturned on the basis that his multiple marriage relationships are covered under the right to privacy as outlined in the Lawrence ruling decriminalizing consensual gay sex.
Gay marriage supporters constantly deny that granting that lifestyle with the imprimatur of the state government would also force the legalization of polygamy and multiple-person marriage. This lawsuit is the first salvo in forcing the country down that slippery slope.
