When I have a few spare minutes at work, I'll often scan the wire feed coming into the newsroom. This is a raw feed that you really can't access anywhere on the Web. As I was checking out the op-ed wire coming in last evening, I noticed today's editorials from The New York Times had arrived.

And then it struck me, when I saw the slug for this editorial, that Maureen Dowd has taken over the entire Times editorial board.

There's enough room in the slugline to spell Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld's full last name.

I just thought it was interesting.
