This is the United Nations that has had Sudan, Cuba and Saudi Arabia on its "human rights" commission. This is the same U.N. that has done exactly what regarding nuclear proliferation? Genocide? Ask the Rwandans how much of a bulwark the U.N. was regarding that. Wars of conquest? When has the U.N. stopped one?
