Status update

Broncos coach Mike Shanahan has upgraded my status from "out" to "questionable." Drugs are appearing to have an affect on me -- pain is no longer a serious problem but there continues to be numbness in my left shin. Sitting up is no longer a problem, but I'm not going to be running any marathons anytime soon.

Feel better. As someone with several fused vertebrae who gets laid up for a week when my back spasms, I can sympathize. My fix: I try to get a massage every 3-4 weeks, it feels great and keeps the spasms at bay.
