The lede paragraph of an AP story on the terrorist surveillance program:

Senate Republicans blocked Democratic attempts to rein in President Bush's domestic wiretapping program Wednesday, endorsing a White House-supported bill that would give the controversial surveillance legal status.

It's not domestic, ^%#$(*&! A phone call from San Diego to Phoenix is not intrastate. It's interstate. A phone call from New York to Kabul is not domestic. It's international.

You'd think that they'd issue dictionaries over at the Associated Press.
