Mythbusters still living in the pre-Internet era

Last year, I noted how the Discovery Channel's Mythbusters show has this tendency -- probably as a result of lawyers -- of assuming that they can keep information about various basic science facts out of the public domain by just "bleeping" out certain facts.

Well, they've done it again. The latest show featuring "exploding pants" has the show's hosts referring to their top secret herbicide which can cause things to explode.

Google and two minutes turns up the name of the herbicide: Potassium Chlorate.

I'm with the MythBusters on this one, no need to publish bomb-making info.
