How can you tell when Paul Krugman is lying?

If he's breathing he's lying. That's something that Powerline's John Hinderaker found out when he went to check out New York Times columnist Krugman's assertion that USS Bataan, a multipurpose amphibious assault ship, was never mobilized to help victims of Hurricane Katrina.

Don't expect a correction to be forthcoming. The New York Times editorial page allows its writers to find their own "truth," which usually isn't the real truth.
