Not exactly delivering as advertised

I poked my head into a bookstore/newsstand yesterday afternoon as I was walking around downtown Stonington, Conn., with my family, and picked up a copy of the Hartford Courant. What caught my eye was this story at the bottom of Page 1: "Bloggers Helping To Keep Rove Story Boiling."

Unfortunately, you can read the entire story and not see one blog mentioned, blogger quoted, or any types of figures given. I'm not saying the headline and lead paragraph aren't accurate, but there's quite a hole in the reporting.

What the story really appears tying to accomplish is to get White House adviser Karl Rove's picture on the front page again (the print edition has a mug shot) and offer an opportunity for politicians and political science professors to speculate on Rove's future.
