What a nearly-useless poll

I'm watching the replay of CNN's "The Capitol Gang" and they've put up a Philadelphia Daily News/Keystone poll on the GOP Senate primary race between incumbent Arlen Specter and Rep. Pat Toomey. The poll of "likely Republican voters" has Specter ahead 46 percent to 33 percent. However, the margin of error is 10 (TEN!) points. That's not even worth referring to. Don't they have something better?
