The San Diego State Aztecs men's basketball team locked up its first Mountain West Conference title yesterday with a trouncing of visiting Wyoming. This is the Aztecs first conference championship since 1978, when they were in the defunct Pacific Coast Athletic Association. It was not, as the I-D-10-T on the radio said, their first conference win since 1978.
