Gun rights after NYSRPA v. Bruen
The Supreme Court rules that the 2nd Amendment includes a right to bear arms for self-defense outside the home, striking down New York's rule that requires a "good cause" to carry in public. The ruling also struck down the two-step test many circuit courts had taken to applying to gun cases.
