The Supreme Court of the United States offered a narrowly decided victory to Jack Phillips, owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop in Colorado in what's been called colloquially the "Bake the Cake, Bigot" case. Left unanswered is whether freedom of speech or religion can be invoked to avoid participating in gay marriages.
