You can see for yourself that the $13 a week that you'll start seeing in your paycheck come June from the modest federal tax cut will likely be more than offset here in California by the higher taxes passed this morning.

Will Californians be ticked off enough by the stupidity in the way the state is run to toss the bums out in a couple years?
