Stem cell science

I've noted repeatedly that embryonic stem cells -- while popular with those on the left who give no moral weight to people at the earliest stages of human development -- just don't work. Today, there comes a report about just that.

A family desperate to save a child from a lethal brain disease sought highly experimental injections of fetal stem cells—injections that triggered tumors in the boy's brain and spinal cord, Israeli scientists reported Tuesday.

Adult stem cells don't have this problem, but good luck getting the left to acknowledge this fact.
