Google again fails to uphold motto

UPDATE & BUMPED

Google’s motto is famously “Don’t Be Evil”—they’re failing miserably.

For the record, I chastised Google—civilly—in a response to this thread, which was promptly flushed down the memory hole.  Nitecruzr—whoever he is—has all the makings of a little thug.

UPDATE

I've apparently paid for my intervention on Althouse's part. Patterico is reporting that Nitecruzr was flagging the Google e-mail accounts of people who were criticizing him in the help thread regarding Althouse's blog.

It turns out that this did happen to me last night, but I had originally misconstrued it for an operator error thing on my part.

I'm now officially ticked off. I'll be trying to contact Google for some answers Monday.

  1. Interesting: someone has rated your last four posts 1 star out of 5. Someone from Google, perhaps? Someone who calls himself 'nitecruzr', conceivably? Or just some leftie who doesn't like what you have to say on a wider range of topics? Feel free to leave a comment explaining yourself, anonymous downrater.
